Starship Command 2X - The Major and the Minor (...Update)

Just a small update since it's been almost a week.

I've been getting the low-level functions and GUI set up. One big change with SsC2X vs SsC2 is you'll be able to set the rendering quality. Defaulted to 1 it will be a pixel-to-pixel ratio. If set to 0.25, then it will render an image at 1/4 the width and height of it's window, so with a 1920x1080 screen it will render at 480x270. You can also go high.

One thing to note, is that the GUI will always render at a one-to-one ration.

I've included a link to a video showing the GUI, there's nothing really to see yet though. And I've included an empire from the empire generator. I'm thinking of doing an Empire of the week (or update) to show some of my favorite generations.

So, hopefully just a little while longer on this low-level stuff, and I'll be able to get to the juicy bits!
